RETURN POLICY

At Somptueux Boutique, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we do not accept returns for a change of mind or for products that have been opened or used.

 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 3 working days.
